Tillamook Head Trail
This weekend we went to Seaside for a small family reunion of with my moms family. My grandparents along with all of my aunts, uncles, and cousins were there. We were able to do lots of fun things. On Friday Dad, Mom, Hattie and I went on a 9 mile hike through the woods along the coast. We were hiking the Tillamook Head Trail. It was very beautiful as you can see in the photos.
Saturday we went to Canon Beach and got to walk around and look at some cute little shops. Afterwards we went down to the beach and built sandcastles with all of the cousins.

On Sunday we all went down to the pool and played for a little bit then went down to the beach and played some volleyball. After that we built a bonfire and roasted smores.

We had a very good time in Seaside and even got to meet some cousins we had never met before. Finally we finished off the weekend with some fun family photos.

From Seaside we will begin the drive to Alaska. We look forward in three weeks to sharing with you some amazing views from our driving and camping adventure from Washington to Alaska.
