We thank you all for your prayers, support and encouragement. From the prayer service and send off at our home church Salem Evangelical, on Sunday night, to our arrival in Zacatecas on Wednesday morning, the Lord protected our family and all 20 pieces of luggage made it!

So glad you arrived safely! We are loving having Doug & Jan here...you'll have a hoot of a time with them next year! I hope you're able to update weekly -- that was my goal too, but with the poor Internet and ALL THE THINGS to do, I find my brain is dead by 8 p.m. Of course, we are trying to learn language too and so far God hasn't just "dumped the ability" on either of us. I was so hoping for a miracle on this one!! :) We pray God will give you a rich and glorious ministry that blesses and encourages many. Love you guys! Hug the girls for us!
