We began our camping trip of 10 days through Canada to Alaska, in a town called 70 mile town about 5 hours from Whistler. It was very windy and there were quite a few mosquitos! But we got to paddle board on the lake and eat our first freeze dried meal,

Our second day of camping brought us too the Piper Glen Resort on Fraiser Lake two hours outside of Prince George. It was very nice there and had nice soft green grass to camp on. We also got to see our first bear and moose down by the lake.
Day three found us in Stewart, Canada. It was raining there so I think it was probably not our favorite day for camping but we got to see beautiful scenery on the drive. We were also able to see a really old church and bell tower from 1893.
In the morning we detoured to Hyder, Alaska to cross the border and see a glacier.

We can't help but be reminded of Psalm 19 which says:
The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.
Day to day pours out speech,
and night to night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech, nor are there words,
whose voice is not heard.
God's handiwork is amazing and we are awed by His majesty.
Next stop back to Canada and on to Dawson City!
