Leaves, Cold weather, Pumpkin, Spices, Costumes, Warm fires, Giving Thanks!
We started the week before Halloween celebrating harvest. We had the opportunity to go to Little Snowbird church for a Harvest and dress up party. It was fun as everyone dresses up adults included. We had fun making our Psalty costumes(as pictured above). I was able to find and make all the parts of our costumes for under $10. If only more people would give their children the gift of Psalty's music today:) !!!! Josh is beginning road building class and dozer operation. He enjoyed finishing his bush driving course getting a vehicle stuck and unstuck. (Pictures in the gallery). We have just finished going through Romans. It remains one of my favorite books in the bible as it has so many applications to life and many connections to other books in the Bible. We all went on another Animal Husbandry field trip. We learned about sheep and goats. This was fun we went to a farm that had Border Collies and watched them herd the sheep. If only we would follow Christs lead in our lives more willingly like these sheep. What a great illustration of our need for a shepherd. I think of Psalm 23 and rest in his leading and protection in my life. God is good and continues to provide for us. The roads here are bad and with winter coming we hear they get much worse. When we arrived we saw a great need for a four wheeler. Most people here use their four wheelers to get around often. Both Josh and I wanted to wait and see if it was truly a need or just something to play with. As time went we realized what a great help it would be. Thanks to an unknown financial gift we were able to purchase a four wheeler for our time here. It will definitely be a great help getting around and I am sure we can find some time to use it for fun:) (Pictures in the gallery). Of course Grace and Hattie think the four wheeler is the best present ever. As we told them that is what they are get for Christmas. Every time they ride it with Dad they scream like they are on a Carnival ride the entire time. It is fun to see their joy and smiles on their faces. We are humbled and thankful to all of you that are praying for and supporting us. God is clearly leading us and we are growing as a family and individually.
Please pray specifically for the following:
* We have our first evaluations coming right before Thanksgiving. This will help as we hear where TMM sees us and evaluate what we are learning in our Bible and Technical classes.

*Continued good health so we can continue to learn and apply in our classes.
for His glory,
Heather
Hi Dunn family! It's great to hear how your year is going so far. Praise the Lord that He provided you with a 4-wheeler and we can testify that it is a much needed item at the mission. I'm sure your evaluation will go great. It's always more nerve racking thinking about it than it actually is. The exams are much worse! :-)haha!

Family Sharing Night won't be the same w/out Hattie & Grace singing BUT we know they are serving the Lord right along side their parents. Yipee on the four-wheel - praise the Lord that HE knows our needs so much better than we do. I thought I heard giggling & squealing a few times...maybe it was the girls riding the four-wheeler :) (Or...possibly Josh!)ha Love you guys & praying for you! Bud & Cindy
